Danielle Desiderio Chambers joined The Laufer Institute Plastic Surgery practice in 2016, bringing her expertise and experience as the National Trainer and Medical Esthetician for Suneva Medical, the creators of Bellafill.
With over 30 years of dedicated service in the Anti-Aging industry, Danielle’s deep knowledge and passion for helping people drive her professional growth. As the liaison, between The surgeons of the Laufer Institute Physicians and their patients, she plays a vital role. During your surgical consultation appointment, Danielle will provide answers, guide you through your journey with the LIPS Team, whether you’re preparing for a procedure or exploring non-surgical maintenance options like fillers and Neurotoxins. Additionally, she is available to discuss your long-term skin care goals.

Stacy Ninan, APRN-BC
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Board Certified
Stacy is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with her masters degree in 2007. Stacy owned her own aesthetic practice in Nashville, TN for three years before moving to Florida. In addition, she is certified in advanced techniques in Botox and dermal fillers. Stacy offers a personalized experience, listening to the individual needs of each client to enhance their own natural beauty. Moreover, Stacy believes in a proactive and preventative approach to aging gracefully. Her vast experience in the skin care industry coupled with her caring approach and natural methods to skin care dovetails perfectly with the ideology and culture at Laufer Institute of Plastic Surgery.
Agi Ballinger, LE
Agi was born and raised in Europe. In her youth, she learned that good skin care is important regardless of one’s age. Agi then turned that knowledge into a passion for helping people with their skincare. Agi is known as a “Facial Specialist.” It’s easy to forget that skin is the largest organ in your body and extremely important to your overall health. Moreover, taking good care of your skin reduces the unwanted signs of aging creating a more youthful appearance.
Agi’s passion is to educate her clients on how to create and maintain a natural radiance and youthful look. Terri Labrecque,
LE, CME, CCE Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician
Originally from N.J., and grew up in P.A. where she attended Bloomsburg University. Terri moved to Florida in 1999 and shortly after opened her business, Laser Aesthetics of Clearwater, one of the first laser hair removal facilities in the area. Terri joined the Laufer Institute in 2014. She has been a skincare educator, consultant and technician and has performed over thousands of laser treatments. Terri’s unique and proven techniques are based on facts and results from training with some of the best laser companies in the world, like Candela, Alma, Cynosure, Lumenis and Cutera. Terri attributes her success to developing new techniques with continued research and education.

Natalie Matheny,
CMLDT, LMT, RN, BSN Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Prenatal, and Therapeutic Massage Therapist
Natalie Matheny, CMLDT, LMT, RN, BSN, is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder), Prenatal and therapeutic massage therapist. She has always had a passion for health and wellness, evidenced by 31 years of practicing in the healthcare field as an RN. Her interest in massage was piqued when she began teaching childbirth classes in 1999; she studied and implemented massage and relaxation with her students and labor patients. She incorporates therapeutic and wellness massages in her practice.
